Compliance Coordinator
jkp/10/cco Responsibilities/ Main duties:
- Provide compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal documentation
- Perform checks and recommendations to the Management
- Perform trainings on regulatory duties of the company staff
- Develop and update of existing procedures and implementation of new ones
- Develop reporting tools and provide the redaction of the Compliance report
Expectations:
- Preferably University degree in Law
- Professional experience as a Legal Counsel or Compliance Officer in a financial institution
- Thorough understanding of the complexity of financial services and regulatory environment
- Precise and methodic, good communication and analytical skills
- Sense of initiative, ability to work independently
- Fluency in English, knowledge in French is an advantage
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
