- implementing recruitment projects for specialist positions
- searching for candidates, interviewing them and presenting short lists of candidates to the clients
- building long-term relations with clients
- knowledge of recruitment services and the selected market segment
- experience at a position of a researcher or junior consultant in recruitment industry
- very good command of English
- initiative and strong motivation to achieve the expected goals
- well organized working system
- work in an experienced, young and very dynamic environment
