Technical Support Specialist with English

Role purpose:

We are looking for candidates with technical mindset to support clients who use application that allows to confidently share critical information in real time. You will be part of the international Technical Support team. You will work with clients from the banking, financial and legal sectors.

  • Handle incoming phone calls/ e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of application.
  • Use the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's.
  • Analyze and resolve most common enquiries using step-by-step solutions provided to you.
  • Work closely with 2nd  line support from US to obtain technical knowledge and to permanently solve difficult problems.

  • Fluent  English (C1).
  • 1-2  years of technical helpdesk or technical call center experience.
  • Phone & e-mail support experience.
  • Knowledge of different Web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Explorer etc.).
  • Analytical and systematic problem solving skills required.
  • Ability to work shifts.
  • Candidates different customer service experience can also apply.
