For our strategic client, an international company from the logistics/IT industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position:

Operations Manager 



  • The role includes management for a team of about 15 people and you will also have a role towards our customer, being responsible of all the running sites, both from a quality and a future improvement perspective
  • You will be part of the management team, which includes business decisions, project execution, improving the way of working, and other topics related to the management of the organization. The time perspective will be both short- and long term, to secure that the organization evolves to meet future demands and growth


  • Manager for a team of approximately 15 people, which consists of application consultants, developers and a project manager
  • Responsible for all customer sites, i.e. secure routines for customer service in terms of support and future improvements
  • Secure deliverables according to customer expectations and contractual compliance
  • Establish strong relations with counterparts in other group entities

Your profile:

  • We believe you are an ambitious leader with an authentic leadership style. You have previous experience from leading technical staff and always strive for continuous improvements. As part of your role, we expect you to set clear targets and expectations for the individuals as well as the group.   • In addition to leadership skills, we see knowledge and experience in the areas of logistics and customer service as highly valuable but a proactive and business oriented approach is equally as important.   • To apply you are expected to have a relevant university degree and speak Polish and English fluently. Knowledge of other languages is an additional merit.
