GL Team Leader with French language


  • Manage the accounting GL team of 10 - 15 team members (recruiting, developing, setting goals with company objectives),
  • point of contact for customers: explaining more complex issues, presenting results and conducted control activities,
  • coordinating accounting month - end closing activities,
  • checking GL entries with subsidiary ledgers and reconciliation of the general accounts,
  • reporting according to the internal Company?s requirements,
  • improve and standardises recorded processes, increasing efficiency and satisfaction of the internal customers,
  • managing accounting procedures and verifying accounting documents,
  • cooperation with auditors and delivering data and analyses.


  • University degree in Finance & Accounting/Economy or similar discipline,
  • at least 2 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of operational effectiveness & efficiency,
  • 4 years of professional experience in GL/RtR process,
  • fluent French language and very good English language,
  • working experience with accounting tools and IT systems ? SAP is mandatory,
  • qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) as a plus.
