Benarx Solutions Poland Sp. z o.o. is currently looking for:
QA and Industrial Engineer
Workplace: Gościcino (pow. wejherowski)

Key job responsibilities:
  • Investigation and processing of customer complaints,
  • Maintain QA system according to ISO 9001 standard and company procedures,
  • Perform ISO Internal Audits,
  • Create quality reports and KPI analyzes,
  • Perform Quality inspection on the production processes,
  • Create layout and set up of new production departments,
  • Optimize and improve production with elements of Lean Management and Kaizen,
  • Study and rearrange org charts, material flow and operations sequence,
  • Support to resolve production problems.
 Requirements:
  • Minimum university grade within engineering,  
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a production company (relevant internship could be considered),
  • Practical knowledge of LEAN and Kaizen ? preferable,
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, preferable the holder of ISO 9001 internal auditor certificate
  • Knowledge in terms of  design production processes (preferable Process diagrams and VSM),
  • Practical knowledge on analysis techniques,
  • Good computer skills (Work, Excel, Power Point),
  • Good English skills, both oral and written,
  • Background in Oil & Gas industry preferred.
